Adam C. Josephs


Adam C. Josephs is an associate with Josephs Jack where he is developing his practice in
civil litigation while specializing in the areas of complex commercial litigation, personal
injury, and insurance coverage. Born and raised in Miami, Mr. Josephs graduated from
Miami Palmetto Senior High School in 1999 and then pursued a degree in Finance from
the University of Miami, graduating in 2003. A member of the University of Miami
Men’s Crew Team, Mr. Josephs also worked as an intern for the Federal Trade Commission in the District of Columbia as well as Smith Barney in Miami.

After working for two years in a local Miami law firm, Mr. Josephs decided to pursue a
career in law and was admitted to the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While
attending the University of Florida, Mr. Josephs was the Chairman of the Law School
Honor Committee, Student Works Editor for the Entertainment Law Review, a student
representative of the John Marshall Bar Association, as well as a member of the
Corporate and Securities Litigation Group. Mr. Josephs worked as a summer intern for
the Honorable William M. Hoeveler of the Southern District Court of Florida, as well as
a Certified Legal Intern at the Alachua County State Attorney’s Office. In addition, he
was involved in an independent research study with Professor Elizabeth Lear and worked
as a research assistant to Glenn B. Kritzer, Esq. Mr. Josephs graduated with honors from
the University of Florida in December of 2007.
