Adam C. Josephs is a partner with The Josephs Law Firm where he continues to focus his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation and a wide variety of personal injury and wrongful death claims including those arising from auto accidents, defective products and medical malpractice. Born and raised in Miami, Adam graduated from the University of Miami and pursued a degree in law at the University of Florida. He graduated with honors in December 2007, having served as Chairman of the law school’s Honor Committee, Student Works Editor for the Entertainment Law Review and was a Certified Legal Intern at the Alachua County State Attorney’s Office.
In just his first few months out of lawschool Adam found instant success, obtaining a summary judgment award in a complex international commercial claim and assisting in securing multimillion dollar settlements in both a product liability suit, as well as a qui tam / whistleblower claim. He continues to develop his skills as a trial lawyer alongside his father and strives to provide his clients with the winning solution.
